ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলি
QuizConsole অ্যাপ ও ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করে আপনি এই শর্তাবলিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। অসম্মত হলে অ্যাপ বা সাইট ব্যবহার করবেন না।
১. লাইসেন্স
আমরা আপনাকে ব্যক্তিগত, অবাণিজ্যিক শিক্ষার জন্য অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের সীমিত, অ-একচেটিয়া, প্রত্যাহারযোগ্য লাইসেন্স দিই। কন্টেন্ট কপি করে অন্য প্ল্যাটফর্মে পুনঃবিক্রি বা পুনঃপ্রকাশ নিষিদ্ধ।
২. অ্যাকাউন্ট
সঠিক তথ্য দিন; অ্যাকাউন্ট নিরাপত্তার দায় আপনার। অপব্যবহার, প্রতারণা বা এই শর্ত লঙ্ঘন হলে আমরা অ্যাক্সেস স্থগিত বা বাতিল করতে পারি।
৩. কেনাকাটা (In-app)
প্রো প্যাক ও পেইড লাইভ কুইজ এন্ট্রি বর্তমানে শুধু Google Play Billing এর মাধ্যমে (এককালীন প্যাক; মূল্য অ্যাপে দেখানো হয়, যেমন ৳১৯৯ থেকে)। এই ওয়েবসাইটে bKash / Nagad / কার্ড চেকআউট নেই। ভবিষ্যতে iOS পাবলিকেশন হলে কেনাকাটা Apple App Store In-App Purchase এর মাধ্যমে হতে পারে।
রিফান্ড: পেমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড সংশ্লিষ্ট স্টোরের নীতি অনুযায়ী (Google Play বা App Store)। আমরা সরাসরি কার্ড চার্জ করি না; স্টোর রিফান্ড প্রবাহ ব্যবহার করুন।
৪. গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার
অবৈধ কার্যকলাপ, স্বয়ংক্রিয় স্ক্র্যাপিং, অন্য ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্টে অনুপ্রবেশ, বা সেবা ব্যাহত করা নিষিদ্ধ।
৫. কন্টেন্ট ও ফলাফল
প্রশ্ন ও ব্যাখ্যা শিক্ষামূলক; অফিসিয়াল PSC ফলাফলের গ্যারান্টি নয়। পরীক্ষার ফলাফলের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই। ভুল পেলে অ্যাপে রিপোর্ট করুন।
৬. দায় সীমা
আইন অনুমোদিত সীমায়, QuizConsole পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়। অ্যাপ ও সাইট “যেমন আছে” ভিত্তিতে দেওয়া হয়।
৭. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত। বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তির জন্য বাংলাদেশের আদালতের এখতিয়ার প্রযোজ্য, আইন অন্যথা বাধ্য না করলে।
৮. পরিবর্তন
শর্তাবলি আপডেট হতে পারে; তারিখ উপরে দেখা যাবে। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তনে অ্যাপে নোটিশ দিতে পারি।
৯. যোগাযোগ
By using the QuizConsole app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial learning. Copying content for resale or republication on other platforms is prohibited.
2. Account
Provide accurate information; you are responsible for account security. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.
3. In-app purchases
Pro packs and paid live-quiz entries are currently sold only via Google Play Billing (one-time packs; prices shown in-app, e.g. from ৳199). This website does not offer bKash / Nagad / card checkout. If we publish on iOS, purchases may use Apple App Store In-App Purchase.
Refunds: Payments and refunds follow the relevant store’s policies (Google Play or App Store). We do not charge cards directly; use the store refund flow.
4. Acceptable use
Illegal activity, automated scraping, accessing another user’s account, or disrupting the service is prohibited.
5. Content and outcomes
Questions and explanations are educational; they are not an official PSC result guarantee. We are not liable for exam outcomes. Report errors in the app.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, QuizConsole is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The app and site are provided “as is.”
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Bangladesh have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change. We may notify significant changes in the app.
